摘 要:试验旨在研究超微粉碎和发酵超微粉碎复方中草药的活性成分释放变化及对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响。选取252只486日龄体重和遗传背景相近的健康京红蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复14只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,发酵超微粉碎中草药组和超微粉碎中草药组饲粮分别含1.5%发酵超微粉碎复方中草药和1.5%超微粉碎复方中草药,其中,中草药过300目筛孔。试验期8周。结果表明:超微粉复方中草药发酵后较发酵前盐酸益母草碱、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷的液相色谱峰面积分别增加5.21%、降低35.68%、增加133.49%。与对照组相比,试验1~4周,发酵超微粉碎中草药组和超微粉碎中草药组蛋鸡平均产蛋率分别提高2.31%(P>0.05)和3.88%(P<0.05),鸡蛋蛋白高度分别提高1.52%(P>0.05)和2.63%(P<0.05);试验5~8周,平均产蛋率分别提高5.97%(P<0.01)和7.72%(P<0.01),料蛋比分别降低6.00%(P<0.01)和6.90%(P<0.01),鸡蛋蛋白高度分别显著和极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。超微粉碎中草药组血清胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)较对照组和发酵超微粉碎中草药组均显著降低(P<0.05)。综上可知,过300目筛孔的超微粉碎中草药能显著提高蛋鸡产蛋后期的产蛋性能,改善蛋品质,促进脂质代谢;超微粉碎中草药无须再经发酵处理,因发酵可使经超微粉碎加工的中草药淫羊藿苷含量下降和机体脂代谢调控能力减弱。The purpose of the experiment was to study the release changes of active ingredients of compound Chinese herbal medicines with ultrafine grinding and fermentation ultrafine grinding,and their effects on laying performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens in the later stage of laying.252 healthy Jinghong laying hens with similar weight and genetic background at the age of 486 days were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 14 hens in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the diets of the fermented ultrafine grinding Chinese herbal medicine(FUC)group and the ultrafine grinding Chinese herbal medicine(UC)group contained 1.5%fermented ultrafine grinding compound Chinese herbal medicine and 1.5%superfine ultrafine compound Chinese herbal medicine respectively,among which,the Chinese herbal medicine passed through 300 mesh sieve.The trial period is 8 weeks.The results showed that:compared with those before fermentation,the liquid chromatography peak areas of leurine hydrochloride,icariin and baohuoside of ultrafine grinding compound Chinese herbal medicine increased by 5.21%,decreased by 35.68%and increased by 133.49%.Compared with the control group,from 1 to 4 weeks of experimental,the average laying rate of layers in the FUC group and the UC group increased by 2.31%(P>0.05)and 3.88%(P<0.05),and the egg protein height increased by 1.52%(P>0.05)and 2.63%(P<0.05).From 5 to 8 weeks of experimental,the average egg laying rate increased by 5.97%and 7.72%respectively(P<0.01),the feed-egg ratio decreased by 6.00%and 6.90%respectively(P<0.01),and the egg protein height increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The serum cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in the UC group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the FUC group(P<0.05).To sum up,UC through 300 mesh sieve can significantly improve the laying performance of laying hens in the late laying period,improve egg quality and promote lipid metabolism;UC do not need to be ferment
