摘　　要：为保证养护工程定额编制水平的科学性和合理性,养护工程定额水平测评越来越受到人们的关注,然而目前尚未建立相应的定额水平测评方法体系。因此,基于对公路养护工程定额水平影响因素的指标体系构成分析,从时间测定的可靠性、费用测算的保证性和定额编制人员的素质三方面,提出了公路养护工程定额评价指标体系;建立基于模糊综合分析的评价模型,采用专家打分法对二级指标进行评价,运用判断矩阵确定各指标的权重,采用模糊评价的方法确定各指标的最终值;最后以微表处养护定额为例,将山东省2024版公路养护定额与2016版公路养护定额进行对比分析,确定模糊综合分析评价方法的科学有效性,进而为养护工程定额水平的测评提供一定的方法依据。In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the quota formulation level of conservation engineering,the evaluation of the quota level of conservation engineering has attracted more and more attention,but no corresponding evaluation method system of the quota level has been established yet.Therefore,based on the analysis of the index system composition of the factors affecting the quota level of highway maintenance engineering,the evaluation index system of highway maintenance engineering quota is put forward from three aspects,such as the reliability of time measurement,the guarantee of cost calculation and the quality of the quota preparation personnel.The evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive analysis is established,the expert scoring method is used to evaluate the secondary indicators,the weight of each indicator is determined by the judgment matrix,and the final value of each indicator is determined by the fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,taking the maintenance quota of micro surface as an example,the 2024 edition of highway maintenance quata in shandong province and the 2016 edition of mighway maintenance quota are compared and analyzed.The scientific validity of the fuzzy comprehensive analysis and evaluation method is confirmed,and a certain method basis is provided for the evaluation of the quota level.
