摘  要:总结了柳钢1500 m^(3)高炉在2023年10月9日对高炉强化冶炼的过程中炉况发生恶性悬料事故,10日炉况出现了1次管道和5次悬料,悬料坐料料线最深达12.3 m,高炉不接受风量,气流不通透气,炉况恢复困难。通过采用集中加焦,缩小矿焦装料制度的角度及扩大矿焦角度负差值,以发展边缘气流为主,疏通高炉气流等措施顺利恢复炉况,在恢复炉况过程中保持充足的炉温,缩短了高炉的恢复时间,将损失降低到了最低水平。This article summarizes the malignant suspension accident that occurred in the 1500 m^(3)blast furnace of Liusteel on October 9,2023,during the process of strengthening the smelting of the blast furnace.On October 10,there was one pipeline and five suspensions in the furnace,and the deepest suspended material line reached 12.3 m.The blast furnace did not accept air flow,and the airflow was not breathable,making it difficult to restore the furnace condition.By adopting centralized coking,reducing the angle of ore coke loading system,and expanding the negative difference in ore coke angle,measures such as developing edge airflow and unblocking blast furnace airflow were taken to successfully restore the furnace condition.During the process of restoring the furnace condition,sufficient furnace temperature was maintained,shortening the recovery time of the blast furnace and minimizing losses.
