摘  要:参考耐火钢及耐候钢成分要求,通过成分设计及冶炼轧制生产出一种耐火耐候Q355NHFR钢,借助高温力学试验机、冲击试验机、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、XRD等检测手段对其组织性能进行表征。结果表明:Q355NHFR高温力学性能达到600℃时,屈服强度不低于室温强度的2/3的要求,具有一定的耐火性能,Q355NHFR氧化铁皮厚度小于Q355B,并且比Q355B致密,所含FeOOH物相远高于Q355B,耐候性能优于Q355B。According to the composition requirements of fire-resistant steel and weather-resistant steel,a fire-resistant and weather-resistant Q355NHFR steel was produced by composition design and smelting rolling.The microstructure and properties of Q355NHFR steel were characterized by means of high temperature mechanical testing machine,impact testing machine,metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and XRD.The results show that when the mechanical properties of Q355NHFR at high temperature reach 600℃,the yield strength is not less than two-thirds of the room temperature strength,and has certain fire resistance.The thickness of the oxide sheet of Q355NHFR is less than Q355B,and it is denser than Q355B,and the FeOOH phase contained in Q355NHFR is much higher than that of Q355B,the weather resistance is better than Q355B.
