摘  要:从微合金化和锻后热处理优化两个方面,对20CrMnMo钢在伪渗碳条件下(940℃保温36h)的晶粒度稳定性进行了多组试验。结果表明:在一定N含量的基础上,只添加Al的试验材料的晶粒度稳定性明显优于同时添加Nb和Al的试验材料;通过优化锻后热处理工艺,将锻后非平衡组织改善为平衡组织,并消除组织遗传,可以有效细化晶粒,提高晶粒度稳定性。From microalloying and post forging heat treatment optimization,multiple experiments on the grain size stability of 20CrMnMo steel under pseudo carburizing conditions(940℃/36 hours) were conducted in this paper.The experimental results show that,on the basis of containing a certain amount of N,the grain size stability of the test material with only Al added is significantly better than that of the test material with both Nb and Al added simultaneously;By optimizing the post forging heat treatment process,the non-equilibrium microstructure after forging can be improved to a balanced microstructure,eliminating structure heredity,which can effectively refine the grains and improve the grain size stability.
