摘 要:在灰岩地区,岩溶隧道排水管道堵塞问题影响着隧道排水系统的正常运行和隧道衬砌的结构安全。本研究以广连高速高峰隧道为依托,通过文献调查和现场勘察对隧道进行现场取样,采用XRD、SEM+EDS、ICP-MS对采集的样品进行晶体的微观实验分析和液体的成分分析,并选取其他隧道作为对照组,设计室内模型试验进行喷射混凝土减水剂对隧道排水系统管道结晶影响的试验研究,研究了不同减水剂掺量对试验溶液总碱度、pH、钙离子浓度、管道结晶累积量、管道结晶质量、管道结晶形貌的影响。结果表明,在不同减水剂掺量下,样品pH的变化范围处于9.4~10.6之间,属于强碱性环境;总碱度整体均呈上升趋势,在试验前期,各组总碱度增长较为平稳,在试验进行的第20天左右,试验各组的总碱度开始迅速增长并达到最大值;钙离子的变化量波动较大,整体呈下降趋势,钙离子的浓度变化范围处于100~500μg/L之间,1%掺量情况下钙离子的浓度变化最为明显;当减水剂添加量为1%时,且显著高于0%、0.5%和1.5%三种添加量条件下的结晶量。施工时需根据现场情况进行适配,选择合适的减水剂掺量,不宜超掺,否则容易加剧结晶的形成。In limestone areas,the blockage of drainage pipelines in karst tunnels poses significant challenges to the normal operation of the tunnel drainage system and the structural safety of the tunnel lining.This study investigated the Gao Feng tunnel of Guanglian Expressway as a case study.Sampling was conducted through on-site investigation on the tunnel.XRD,SEM+EDS,ICP-MS were used to conduct microscopic experimental analysis of crystals and liquid composition analysis on the collected samples,and additional tunnels were selected as control groups.Laboratory model tests was designed to investigate the effect of sprayed concrete water reducer on the crystallization in tunnel drainage system pipelines.It was specifically investigated the effects of different water reducer dosages on the total alkalinity,pH levels,calcium ion concentration,crystallization accumulation,crystallization quality,and crystallization morphology of the test solution.The results showed that under different water reducer dosages,the pH range ranged between 9.4 and 10.6,813adicang a strongly alkaline environment.The overall alkalinity of each group showed an overall upward trend,with a relatively stable increase in the early stage of the experiment,followed by a sharp increase around the 20th day,reached its maximum value.The variation of calcium ions fluctuated greatly and showed an overall downward trend,with a concentration range of 100-500μg/L.The concentration change of calcium ions was most significant at 1% dosage of water reducer.The maximum crystallization amount in the pipeline was observed at the addition amount of water reducer is 1%,exceeding the amounts at dosages of 0%,0.5%,and 1.5%.These findings underscore the importance ofselecting an optimal dosage of water reducers during construction to prevent excessive crystallization.
