摘 要:在“双化协同”发展背景下,重污染企业如何通过数字化转型推动绿色技术革新与可持续发展引起学术界的广泛关注。基于我国2011-2022年A股重污染行业上市公司数据,本文以供应链上下游关系的交互机理为切入点,深入分析了重污染企业数字化转型对绿色技术创新的影响关系。研究发现:(1)重污染企业数字化转型显著提升了不同类型的绿色技术创新;(2)从供应链关系来看,重污染企业数字化转型与绿色技术创新之间的调节效应主要由客户集中度驱动,而非供应商集中度;(3)相较于规模较小和管理层权势较高的重污染企业,规模较大且管理层权势较低的重污染企业,其数字化转型对绿色技术创新的促进作用更加显著。Under the context of"dual transformation synergy,"the way in which heavily polluting en-terprises can drive green technological innovation and sustainable development through digital transfor-mation has attracted widespread attention in academia.Based on data from A-share listed companies in heavily polluting industries in China between 2011 and 2022,this study takes the interactive mecha-nism of upstream and downstream supply chain relationships as its entry point and explores the impact of digital transformation on green technological innovation in heavily polluting enterprises.The find-ings are as follows:(1)Digital transformation in heavily polluting enterprises significantly enhances dif-ferent types of green technological innovation.(2)In terms of supply chain relationships,the moderat-ing effect between digital transformation and green technological innovation in heavily polluting enter-prises is primarily driven by customer concentration rather than supplier concentration.(3)Compared to smaller heavily polluting enterprises with mor centralized management,larger enterprises with less centralized management experience a more significant impact of digital transformation on green technological innovation.
