摘　　要：目的:分析硬斑病样基底细胞癌(morphea-form basal cell carcinoma,mBCC)的临床和组织病理特征,探讨治疗策略及预后。方法:收集10例mBCC患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:10例mBCC均发生于头面部,其中男6例,女4例,中位发病年龄为65.5岁。皮损表现为局限性硬化斑块,伴或不伴溃疡。组织病理特点为真皮内瘤细胞呈巢状或细条索状,包埋于致密增生的纤维间质中。所有患者均行手术治疗,其中1例联合光动力治疗,另1例联合放射治疗。经过平均85个月的随访,6例患者健康状况良好,未见复发,2例术后复发,2例失访。结论:mBCC临床少见,好发于头面部,属于高危肿瘤,组织病理检查有助于明确诊断。mBCC术后易复发,建议进行长期随访。Objective:To analyze the clinical and histopathological features of morphea-form basal cell carcinoma(mBCC) and to explore treatment strategies and prognosis.Methods:Clinical data from 10 patients with mBCC were retrospectively analyzed.Results:mBCC occurred on the head and face in all the 10 cases,with 6 male and 4 female patients,and a median age of 65.5 years at onset.The lesions presented as localized sclerotic plaques,with or without ulceration.Histopatho logical examination showed tumor cells arranged in nests or small strands embedded in dense fibrous stroma.All patients underwent surgical treatment,with one case receiving photodynamic therapy and another receiving adjuvant radiotherapy.After an average follow-up of 85 months,6 patients were in good health with no recurrence,2 showed postoperative recurrence,and 2were lost to follow-up.Conclusion:mBCC is a rare tumor,often occurring on the head and face.Histopathological examination aids in diagnosis,and long-term follow-up is recommended due to the high risk of recurrence after surgery.
