饲料中牛磺酸水平对黄尾密鲴免疫及抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:该研究以黄尾密鲴(Xenocypris davidi)为受试对象,通过在饲料中添加不同水平的牛磺酸,研究其对黄尾密鲴肝脏和肌肉中多种酶活性的影响。选取初始体重10 g左右的黄尾密鲴300尾,随机分为5组,每组3个平行,每个平行20尾,实验养殖周期为8周。实验结果显示,添加牛磺酸的饲料对黄尾密鲴的多种酶活性产生显著影响(P<0.05)。在肝脏和肌肉中,CAT(过氧化氢酶)、MDA(丙二醛)、T-SOD(总超氧化物歧化酶)、AKP(碱性磷酸酶)和ACP(酸性磷酸酶)等酶活性均受到不同程度的调节,其中CAT活性在D3组达到最高值,MDA活性在D3组达到最低值,T-SOD活性随着牛磺酸添加量增加而升高,并在D4组达到峰值后下降,AKP和ACP活性在不同处理组中呈现不同的变化趋势,但均显著高于对照组。综合分析表明,牛磺酸在黄尾密鲴中对多种酶活性具有调节作用,对维持机体生理功能和抗氧化能力具有重要意义。In this study,Xenocypris davidi was taken as the subject.By adding different levels of taurine into feed,the effects of taurine on the activities of various enzymes in liver and muscle of Xenocypris davidi were studied.A total of 300 Xenocypris davidi with an initial body weight of about 10 g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 parallels and 20 tails in each group.The culture cycle of the experiment was 8 weeks.The results showed that taurine supplementation had significant effects on various enzyme activities of Xenocypris davidi(P<0.05).In liver and muscle,CAT(catalase),MDA(malondialdehyde),T-SOD(total superoxide dismutase),AKP(alkaline phosphatase),ACP(acid phosphatase)and other enzyme activities were regulated to varying degrees,among which CAT activity reached the highest value in D3 group,MDA activity reached the lowest value in D3 group.T-SOD activity increased with the increase of taurine supplementation,and then decreased after reaching the peak value in D4 group.AKP and ACP activities showed different trends in different treatment groups,but were significantly higher than those in control group.The comprehensive analysis showed that taurine could regulate the activity of various enzymes in Xenocypris davidi,which was of great significance for maintaining physiological function and antioxidant capacity of organism.
