摘　　要：本文给出2024年“高教社杯”全国大学生数学建模竞赛B题“生产过程中的决策问题”的求解方法,并针对学生在参赛论文中出现的问题作了简要的说明与点评.为保证求解的连贯性,论文的前一部分是问题的求解,后一部分是参赛论文的点评.In this paper,the solving methods for Strategy-generating in the Production Process,the Problem B of 2024 CUMCM,is presented and the questions for students in the contest papers gave a brief description.In order to ensure the continuity of solving the problem,the first part of the paper is solving process of the problem.The latter part is review of the contest papers.
