摘　　要：研究旨在分析国内外艺术疗愈设计领域的研究现状,探究研究热点及发展趋势。利用文献计量学方法,结合CiteSpace和Vosviewer工具,通过关键词共现、作者合作网络及聚类分析,研究揭示了该领域的核心主题和热点,如“疗愈环境”“疗愈景观”和“适老化设计”,突出了环境设计在心理健康促进中的关键作用。研究指出:近年来,中国在该领域的文献发表量显著增长,艺术疗愈在儿童、老年人和特定疾病患者中的应用受到重视。国内外合作网络的活跃度和广泛性表明了跨学科研究的深入和国际合作的加强。艺术疗愈设计正向多元化和综合化发展,其在不同人群心理健康中的积极作用日益凸显。未来研究将深入探索艺术疗愈的科学基础和实践应用,特别是在跨学科研究和虚拟现实等新兴技术领域。随着社会对心理健康的日益关注,该领域的研究预期将为个体和社会福祉贡献更多创新策略。This study aims to analyze the current research status in the field of art therapy design both domestically and internationally,exploring research hotspots and development trends.By employing bibliometric methods and utilizing tools such as CiteSpace and Vosviewer,the study reveals the core themes and hotspots in the field,such as"healing environments""healing landscapes"and"age-friendly design",highlighting the key role of environmental design in promoting mental health.The research indicates that in recent years,there has been a significant growth in the number of publications in China,with a focus on the application of art therapy among children,the elderly,and patients with specific diseases.The activity and breadth of domestic and international cooperation networks demonstrate the deepening interdisciplinary research and the strengthening of international collaboration.Art therapy design is moving towards diversification and integration,with its positive effects on mental health in different populations becoming increasingly prominent.Future research will delve into the scientific basis and practical applications of art therapy,especially in the fields of interdisciplinary research and emerging technologies such as virtual reality.With the growing societal focus to mental health,research in this field is expected to contribute more innovative strategies for individual and social welfare.
