基于价值共创的老年女性社区抱团养老服务设计研究

摘　　要：抱团养老作为新兴养老模式,因其缺乏系统的服务模式而存在着松散性、临时性等挑战。文章以老年女性为核心群体,营造抱团养老共居社区,旨在满足老年女性在基础设施服务、互助和服务管理、精神文化活动等方面的需求。研究剖析了老年女性抱团养老的自助、互助与专助的特征,并基于价值共创理论,构建了价值识别、分配、提供、传递、创造和持续六大环节的服务价值共创模型。在服务设计实践层面,运用用户画像、用户旅程图等工具提炼设计策略,并通过服务蓝图和服务系统图,提出社区抱团养老服务设计策略和系统方案。促进了抱团养老模式的规范化、持续性和稳定性发展,且实现了养老服务价值的多方协同共创,为新型养老服务体系的开发提供了新的思路与方法。As an emerging model of elderly care,group pension has challenges such as looseness and temporary nature due to its lack of a systematic service model.In this paper,we take elderly women as the core group and create a co-living community for group pension,aiming to meet the needs of elderly women in terms of infrastructure services,mutual assistance and service management,and spiritual and cultural activities.The study analyses the characteristics of self-help,mutual assistance and professional support in elderly women’s group pension,and constructs a service value co-creation model based on the theory of value co-creation with six major links:value identification,distribution,provision,delivery,creation and sustainability.At the level of service design practice,tools such as user profiling and user journey mapping are used to refine design strategies,and service blueprints and service system diagrams are used to propose service design strategies and system solutions for community-based group pension.The research results not only promote the standardisation,sustainability and stability of the group pension,but also realise multi-party co-creation of elderly care service value,providing new ideas and methods for the development of new elderly care service systems.
