摘 要:在地球资源日趋减少的情况下,竹材替代不可再生资源前景广阔。近年我国对于新型竹家具的设计研发屡见不鲜,但对原竹家具的创新设计和研发相对较少。面对目前我国原竹家具加工企业普遍规模小、产品单一,科技含量和设计附加值较低,同质化现象较为严重等问题,从原竹家具创新设计入手,以提质增值为目的,引入先进的TRIZ理论中IFR最终理想解对原竹家具创新设计方法展开研究,试图运用IFR较为系统、高效地明确原竹家具创新设计的主要矛盾和问题,快速而准确地获得TRIZ推荐的解决方案。In the context of the diminishing natural resources on Earth,bamboo material holds vast potential as a substitute for non-renewable resources.In recent years,there has been a surge in the design and research of new types of bamboo furniture in China,but innovative design and research in original bamboo furniture remain relatively scarce.To address current industry challenges including small-scale operations,product homogeneity,low technological sophistication,and limited design added value in China’s original bamboo furniture manufacturing sector,this paper starts from innovative design methods for original bamboo furniture and aims to enhance product quality and added value by employing advanced TRIZ theory and its Ideal Final Result(IFR)approach.Through IFR,it systematically and efficiently identifies the main contradictions and problems in the innovative design of original bamboo furniture,thereby rapidly and accurately obtaining solutions recommended by TRIZ.
