摘　　要：岭南侨乡建筑装饰作为中西艺术文化互鉴下的“活标本”,是侨乡民众接受与适应世界文明所做出的主动艺术实践。本文系统搜集了相关文献,运用文献实证法并结合田野调研,从建筑装饰价值、研究方法、装饰技法与装饰审美四个核心范畴梳理与评述代表性成果。论文指出学界需加大侨乡非典型建筑的纹样挖掘力度,以进一步突显其在丰富中国建筑装饰素材范畴层面的学术价值。岭南侨乡建筑装饰需注重学科交叉研究,通过深入的建筑装饰个案研究,才能突破当今学界过于宏观的叙事框架,结合侨乡民众特殊的生存状态与社会文化背景,重点研究侨乡形成之后装饰在审美形式、审美题材及审美内涵呈现出的突变内容,方可有效建立侨乡建筑装饰与中国传统建筑装饰的深度关联。As a“living specimen”of mutual learning between Chinese and Western art and culture,the architectural decoration of overseas Chinese in Lingnan is an active artistic practice made by the overseas Chinese who accept and adapt to global civilization.This article systematically collects related literature,applies the literature empirical method and combines preliminary field research to sort out and review representative articles from four core categories:architectural decoration value,research methods,decoration techniques and decoration aesthetics.This article points out the need for intensified scholarly efforts to uncover decorative patterns in non-typical structures of overseas Chinese hometowns,further highlighting the academic value in enriching the category of traditional Chinese architectural decoration.It further argues that the academia need to take case studies of architectural decoration as a point to break through the overly macro narrative framework of the current academic circle,and focus on studying the abrupt shifts in aesthetic forms,themes and connotations of decoration after the formation of overseas Chinese hometowns,so as to effectively establish a deep connection between overseas Chinese architectural decorations and traditional Chinese architectural decorations.
