摘　　要：为解析数据时代、信息时代、智能时代林业机械科技期刊的传播机制,探究推进林草科技期刊高质量发展的关键着力点,以期为林草科技期刊发展研究提供借鉴参考。从科学技术哲学学科出发,以科学、技术与社会(STS)为研究视角,运用传播学理论,引入“要素—结构—功能”分析模型,对林业机械科技期刊传播机制进行阐释。研究发现,林业机械科技期刊系统运行中的传播机制可以从加工能力、传播能力、传播效果层面提炼“三重逻辑”,分别是,逻辑1:收稿—审稿—发表;逻辑2:信息—媒介—受众;逻辑3:发布—流动—反馈。“三重逻辑”之间存在对立统一关系,共同推进林业机械科技期刊传播。新时代新征程,推进林业机械科技期刊发展关键是要牢固树立服务行业发展的意识,全面提升协调产学研用的能力,积极培育观察产业动向的方法,主动开拓通往学术前沿的路径,着力打造展现科技成果的平台,及时扩展面向传媒变革的思维。To analyze the communication mechanism of forestry machinery science and technology journals in the era of data,information,and intelligence and explore the key focal points for promoting the high-quality development of forestry and grassland science and technology journals,this study aims to provide reference for the research on the development of forestry and grassland science and technology journals.Starting from the discipline of philosophy of science and technology,taking science,technology and society(STS)as the research perspective,applying communication theory,and introducing the"element-structure-function"analysis model,this paper interprets the communication mechanism of forestry machinery science and technology journals.The research finds that the communication mechanism in the operation of the forestry machinery science and technology journal system can be refined into"three logics"from the aspects of processing capacity,communication capacity,and communication effect,respectively Logic 1:manuscript submission-review-publication;Logic 2:information-media-audience;Logic 3:release-flow-feedback.There is a relationship of unity of opposites among the"three logics",jointly promoting the communication of forestry machinery science and technology journals.In the new era and on the new journey,the key to promoting the development of forestry machinery science and technology journals is to firmly establish the awareness of serving the development of the industry,comprehensively improve the ability to coordinate production,education,research and application,actively cultivate the methods of observing the trends of the industry,take the initiative to explore the paths to the academic forefront,focus on building a platform to showcase scientific and technological achievements,and timely expand the thinking facing media changes.
