活动和固定义齿在牙周病伴牙列缺损修复治疗效果对比

摘　　要：目的 针对牙周病伴牙列缺损的临床治疗,选择活动义齿修复疗法和固定义齿修复疗法,比较二者的有效性。方法筛选对症病例65个,收治时间介于2021.1月至2023.1月,按照不同修复方法,分成两组,对照组21例,实施活动义齿修复治疗,观察组33例,采取固定义齿修复治疗。对比咀嚼效率、龈沟出血指数、治疗效果、口腔健康状况以及治疗满意度。结果 经过治疗后对比,三个月后观察组患者咀嚼效率更高,且治疗总有效率水平也高于对照组,比较治疗总满意度情况,观察组更高,龈沟出血指数、口腔健康状况各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在牙周病伴牙列缺损修复治疗中,固定义齿的效果优于活动义齿。ObjectiveAccording to the clinical treatment of periodontal disease with dentition defect,the removable denture repair therapy and fixed denture repair therapy were selected,and their effectiveness was compared.Methods65 symptomatic cases were selected and treated from January 2021 to January 2023.According to different repair methods,they were divided into two groups.21 cases in the control group were treated with removable dentures,and 33 cases in the observation group were treated with fixed dentures.Masticatory efficiency,sulcus bleeding index,treatment effect,oral health status and treatment satisfaction were compared.ResultsAfter treatment,the masticatory efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after three months,and the total effective rate of the treatment was also higher than that of the control group.Compared with the total satisfaction of the treatment,the observation group was higher,and the scores of gingival sulcus bleeding index and oral health status were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of periodontal disease with dentition defect,the effect of fixed denture is better than that of removable denture.
