摘 要:文中研究了一种光伏低渗透率下配电网削峰协同控制算法。考虑配电网节点波动特性,构建配电网运行数学模型;在模型中以多场景应用范围作为衡量条件,对配电网调峰目标定量计算;参考计算值,考虑光伏渗透率介入条件,实现配电网的削峰协同控制,完成算法设计。实验结果表明:以工业园区和商业园区两组子微网作为测试对象,新方法能够实现全天段的净负荷平稳控制,具有削峰填谷作用。除此以外,在两个子微网联网协同控制时,能够实现在高电价时段销售、平电价时段买入的操作,说明新方法的协同控制具有经济性,有较高的应用价值。A collaborative control algorithm for peak shaving in distribution network under low penetration rate is studied.Considering the fluctuation characteristics of distribution network nodes,the mathematical model of distribution network operation is constructed.In the model,the application range of multiple scenarios is taken as the measuring condition,and the target of distribution network peak regulation is quantitatively calculated.With reference to the calculated value and considering the intervention condition of photovoltaic permeability,the peak shaving collaborative control of distribution network is realized,and the algorithm design is completed.The experiment results show that the new method can realize the smooth control of the net load in the whole day,and has the effect of peak shaving and valley filling when the two groups of microgrids in industrial park and commercial park as the test objects.In addition,in the collaborative control of two sub-micro-networks,it is possible to sell in the period of high electricity price and buy in the period of flat electricity price,indicating that the collaborative control of the new method is economical and can provide application value.
