摘 要:为解决现有研究报道中的制备的酿酒酵母标准物质的浓度无法满足浮游菌采样器采样时气溶胶发生需求的问题,研制了浮游菌采样器采样生物效率计量评价用酿酒酵母标准物质。结果表明,制备的酿酒酵母标准物质中酵母存活率达(81.2±1.4)%,该标准物质定量标准值为8.65×10^(6) CFU/瓶,相对扩展不确定度U_(rel)为4.32%(k=2),均匀性稳定性良好,4℃和-20℃下能稳定保存14天,-80℃下能稳定保存6个月。此外,酿酒酵母标准物质产生的生物气溶胶可以被采集到并保持活性,满足浮游菌采样器采样生物效率评价的要求。In order to solve the problem that the concentration of saccharomyces cerevisiae reference material prepared in the existing research reports can not meet the demand of aerosol generation during the sampling of plankton sampler,we developed a cerevisiae reference material for the measurement and evaluation of the sampling bioefficiency of plankton sampler.The results showed that the survival rate of yeast in the prepared saccharomyces cerevisiae reference materials reached 81.2±1.4%.The quantitative standard value of this reference material was 8.65×10^(6)CFU/vial,and the relative expanded uncertainty(Urel)was 4.32%(k=2).It had good homogeneity and stability and could be stably stored for 14 days at 4°C and-20°C,and for 6 months at-80°C.In addition,the bioaerosol generated by the saccharomyces cerevisiae reference materials could be collected and maintain its activity,which could meet the requirements for the evaluation of the sampling biological efficiency of the airborne microorganism sampler.
