摘　　要：随着中国空间站关键技术验证和建造阶段任务的圆满完成,中国空间站任务成功转入应用与发展阶段,航天员实现长期在轨健康驻留,乘组接续开展空间站在轨研究任务。以航天医学为核心支柱的航天员健康保障技术,在载人航天中得到了成功应用和验证。载人航天工程是一项庞大、复杂的系统工程,需要多学科、跨专业联动支撑推进。其中,航天医学是最具载人特色的学科之一,随着航天任务推进而不断充实、发展。在分析航天飞行健康风险与航天医学挑战基础上,围绕航天实施医学、航天营养与食品、重力生理学、航天环境医学等研究领域,分析国内外航天医学目前主要研究方向与进展,并提出未来发展的主要思考。With the completion of the missions in key technology verification and construction stage of China Space Station(CSS),the CSS program successfully entered into the utilization and development stage.Astronauts have realized healthy stay in orbit for 6 months,and various research programs were continuously carried out on CSS.With space medicine as the core pillar,the astronaut health protection technology has been successfully applied and verified in manned spaceflight.The manned space program is a complex system that requires multi-disciplinary and cross-professional linkage support and promotion.Space medicine is one of the disciplines with the most significant manned characteristics,and it is constantly enriched and developed with the advancement of flight missions.Firstly,the health risks and challenges of space medicine in spaceflight were analyzed.Then,based on the research fields of space operational medicine,space nutrition and food,gravitational physiology,and space environmental medicine,the development of space medicine at home and abroad was briefly analyzed from the previous main research directions.In the end,the main thinking on its future development was put forward.
