摘  要:为了探讨静息态和任务态2种状态下任务时间效应(TOT)对脑电(EEG)频谱功率的影响,比较delta(δ)、theta(θ)、alpha(α)和beta(β)4个EEG频带功率在2种状态下TOT的变化差异。24名志愿者进行连续2 h的模拟飞行多任务操作,在实验前后分别测量斯坦福嗜睡量表(SSS)评分,实验过程中记录心电(ECG)和EEG信号。选取任务前的静息阶段、任务后的静息阶段、任务初始阶段、任务终末阶段4个阶段的ECG和EEG信号进行比较分析。结果表明:2 h的模拟飞行多任务操作可诱发疲劳状态,表现为SSS评分升高、任务绩效降低、心率降低和心率变异性中反映迷走神经活性的指标升高(P<0.05);不同频带在静息态和任务态下的TOT变化存在差异性;δ功率只在静息态升高(P<0.05),θ功率在静息态和任务态均升高(P<0.05),α和β功率只在任务态升高(P<0.05)。EEG频谱功率可以用来检测任务相关的疲劳,但要考虑静息状态和任务状态下的差异。To explore effects of time-on-task(TOT)on the spectral power of Electroencephalography(EEG)in resting-state and task-state,the TOT changes of delta(δ),theta(θ),alpha(α)and beta(β)in the two states were compared.Twenty-four participants performed continuous 2-hour aircraft piloting simulation.The Stanford sleepiness scale(SSS)was measured before and after the task,and Electrocardiogram(ECG)and EEG signals were recorded during the experiment.The ECG and EEG signals of four stages were selected for comparative analysis:the pre-task,post-task,beginning,and end phases.The results showed that 2-hour aircraft piloting simulation induced fatigue,which was manifested as increased SSS score,decreased task performance,decreased heart rate and increased the index of vagus nerve activity in heart rate variability(P<0.05).The TOT changes of different frequency bands were different in the resting state and the task state.δ power increased only in the resting state(P<0.05).θ power increased in both the resting state and the task state(P<0.05).α and β power increased only in the task state(P<0.05).EEG spectral power can be used to detect task-related fatigue,but the difference between resting state and task state should be considered.
