摘　　要：在“三高四新”战略背景下,湖南积极推进音视频产业的高质量发展。新产业、新形态、新职业的不断涌现,对新一代高职信息技术类专业人才提出了更高要求。为适应湖南产业发展需求,广泛查阅了湖南音视频产业的相关资料,进行了深入的理论研究,并开展了企业调研和兄弟院校访谈。在此基础上,参考国家教学标准,构建了服务于湖南音视频产业的高职信息类专业“二融四化五能力”人才培养模式,为产业发展提供高素质、复合型、技术技能型人才,奠定了坚实基础。Against the backdrop of the“Three Highs and Four News”strategy,Hunan actively promotes the highquality development of the audio and video industry.The continuous emergence of new industries,new forms,and new professions has put forward higher requirements for the new generation of vocational information technology professionals.In order to meet the needs of Hunan̓s industrial development,extensive research was conducted on the relevant materials of Hunan̓s audio and video industry,in-depth theoretical studies were carried out,and enterprise surveys and interviews with sister universities were conducted.On this basis,referring to the national teaching standards,a talent training model of“two integrations,four modernizations,and five abilities”for vocational information majors serving the Hunan audio and video industry has been constructed,providing highquality,versatile,and technically skilled talents for the development of the industry,laying a solid foundation.
