摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,软件行业在数字经济浪潮下面临新的机遇与挑战。“双高计划”背景下,改革高职技术技能型人才培养模式成为建设高水平高职院校的重要途径。为适应这一趋势,应构建“混合所有制”下的高职软件技术人才产教协同育人创新模式,深化“职业情境、项目育人”的特色培养方法,通过以学生为中心的研究与实践,探索面向数字经济的高职软件人才培养模式,为区域经济发展提供有力的科技支撑和人才保障。With the rapid development of information technology,the software industry is facing new opportunities and challenges under the wave of digital economy.Under the background of the“Double High Plan”,reforming the training mode of technical and skilled talents in vocational colleges has become an important way to build highlevel vocational colleges.To adapt to this trend,an innovative model of collaborative education between industry and education for vocational software technology talents under“mixed ownership”should be constructed,and the characteristic training methods of“vocational context and project education”should be deepened.Through studentcentered research and practice,a vocational software talent training model for the digital economy should be explored,providing strong technological support and talent guarantee for regional economic development.
