摘  要:随着数智技术的不断升级与迭代,教育数字化转型已成为推动思政教育一体化建设的重要途径。基于AI-TPACK理论框架,探讨数智技术如何赋能大中小学思政教育一体化教师队伍建设,并分析其路径与挑战。从AI-TK(人工智能技术知识),AI-TPK(融合人工智能技术的教学法知识)和AI-CK(融合人工智能技术的学科知识)3个层面,阐述了数智技术在技术、教学法和内容知识方面对教师队伍建设的推动作用。最后,提出了相应的建设思路,旨在为大中小学思政教育一体化教师队伍建设提供理论支持与实践指导,助力新时代思政教育的创新与发展。With the continuous upgrading and iteration of digital technology,the digital transformation of education has become an important way to promote the integration of ideological and political education.Based on the AI-TPACK theoretical framework,this paper explores how digital intelligence technology can empower the construction of integrated ideological and political education teacher teams in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,and analyzes its path and challenges.Through the three levels of AI-TK(Artificial Intelligence Technology Knowledge),AI-TPK(Teaching Methodology Knowledge Integrated with Artificial Intelligence Technology),and AI-CK(Subject Knowledge Integrated with Artificial Intelligence Technology),this article elaborates on the driving role of digital intelligence technology in the construction of the teacher team in terms of technology,teaching methodology,and content knowledge.Finally,corresponding construction ideas are proposed,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of integrated ideological and political education teacher teams in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,and to assist in the innovation and development of ideological and political education in the new era.
