摘　　要：随着信息技术在医疗行业的广泛应用,医院信息安全面临诸多风险。医院信息系统存储着大量的患者隐私信息和诊疗数据,一旦这些信息遭遇泄露、丢失或被不法分子利用,将给患者和医院带来巨大的经济损失和声誉损害。同时,信息系统的崩溃或宕机会严重影响患者就诊和医院正常诊疗活动的进行。文章分析了当前医院面临的信息安全风险,并从完善基础设施建设、弥补系统运行短板、规范安全管理机制等方面提出了改进建议,为我国医疗行业信息安全风险的防范提供参考。With the widespread application of information technology in the medical industry,hospital information security is facing many risks.The hospital information system stores a large amount of patient privacy information and medical data.Once this information is leaked,lost,or exploited by criminals,it will bring huge economic losses and reputation damage to patients and hospitals.At the same time,the collapse or failure of information systems can seriously affect patient visits and the normal diagnosis and treatment activities of hospitals.The article analyzes the current information security risks faced by hospitals and proposes improvement measures from the aspects of improving infrastructure construction,addressing system operation shortcomings,and standardizing security management mechanisms,providing reference for the prevention of information security risks in China̓s medical industry.
