摘 要:高职院校跨学院专业群建设机制创新是专业群建设的重要内容。有效的专业群建设机制是推进专业群持续发展的重要保障。在明确高职院校跨院组建专业群机制建设意义的基础上,从专业群动态调整机制、教学诊改机制、资源共建共享机制、绩效考核机制等方面推进专业群建设的机制创新,从而提高教师的积极性,促进跨学院组建的双高专业群持续健康发展。The mechanism innovation for constructing cross-college specialty groups in higher vocational colleges is an important content of specialty groups construction,and an effective construction mechanism for specialty groups is an important guarantee to promote the sustainable development of specialty group.Based on clarifying the significance of mechanism construction for constructing cross-college specialty groups in higher vocational colleges,this paper promotes mechanism innovation in specialty groups construction from the perspectives of dynamic adjustment mechanisms,teaching diagnosis and improvement mechanisms,resource co-construction and sharing mechanisms,and performance appraisal mechanisms.This aims to enhance the enthusiasm of teachers and promote the sustained and healthy development of cross-college specialty groups in the"Double High Plan".
