摘　　要：职业核心能力是职业生涯中除专业岗位能力之外的基本能力。CBE是以能力为本位,以培养学生的职业能力为出发点,注重实践教学的教育理念。在明确大学生职业核心能力发展现状的基础上,探究基于CBE理念的大学生职业核心能力培养模式,对培养大学生的创新意识、实践能力及社会适应能力具有重要意义。Vocational core competencies are the basic abilities in a career,apart from professional job skills.CBE is an educational philosophy that focuses on abilities,cultivating students'professional skills,and emphasizing practical teaching.On the basis of clarifying the current development status of college students'vocational core competencies,exploring the CBE based mode for cultivating college students'vocational core competencies is of great significance for cultivating their innovative consciousness,practical ability and social adaptability.
