摘 要:响应国家拔尖创新科技人才自主培养的战略需求,亟需建立一支卓越的高中理科教师队伍。然而传统的本硕“进阶式”教育专业课程培养方案难以满足新时代对高中卓越理科教师的需求,且不足以应对近年来高中教师队伍多样化的新挑战。为此,在借鉴西方国家教育硕士课程体系的基础上,上海交通大学教育学院探索并实践“阶段式”职前教师发展方案,围绕培养高中卓越理科教师的需求,采用“教育学院+学科学院+中学实践基地”紧密联合培养机制,创新教育专业理科(包含数学、物理、化学、生物)方向课程体系,为我国探索培养高素质、专业化、创新型卓越教师的多元发展路径提供实践参考,为“国优计划”的开展提供了宝贵的实践经验。In response to the strategic demand of the nation for the independent cultivation of topnotch innovative scientific and technological talents,there is an urgent necessity to establish an outstanding team of high school science teachers.Nevertheless,the traditional"stepwise"education professional curriculum training program for undergraduate and postgraduate studies proves difficult to fulfill the requirements of the new era for outstanding high school science teachers and is inadequate to confront the novel challenges of the diversification of the high school teacher staff in recent years.Hence,drawing upon the education master's curriculum system of Western countries,the School of Education of Shanghai Jiao Tong University has explored and implemented a"phased"pre-service teacher development plan.Centering on the need to cultivate outstanding high school science teachers,it adopts a closely integrated training mechanism of"School of Education+School of Sciences+High School Practice Base",and innovates the curriculum system in the science approach of the education major(including mathematics,physics,chemistry and biology),providing practical references for exploring multiple development paths for cultivating high-quality,professional and innovative outstanding teachers in our country,and offering valuable practical experiences for the launch of the"National Excellent Teacher Program".
