摘　　要：[目的]分析2021—2023年新疆石河子市25~64岁已婚妇女宫颈癌筛查结果,并探究宫颈病变的危险因素。[方法]对2021—2023年参与石河子市宫颈癌筛查数据进行回顾性分析。利用宫颈细胞学、阴道镜及宫颈活检等方法分析常见妇科病、人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染和宫颈癌及其癌前病变的检出情况,并分析不同基本特征的已婚女性宫颈病变的检出情况。[结果] 2021—2023年石河子市已婚女性HPV感染率为10.74%,以单一感染为主;常见妇科疾病以阴道炎、宫颈炎和子宫平滑肌瘤为主;宫颈癌检出率为19.59/10万,宫颈癌癌前病变检出率为308.52/10万;乡镇居民、感染16/18型HPV、患有外生殖道尖锐湿疣是宫颈病变发生的危险因素。[结论]女性宫颈病变与16/18型HPV感染、患有外生殖器尖锐湿疣、乡镇居民等因素存在显著关联性,应加强对此类人群的预防保健、早期筛查和干预工作。[Purpose] To analyze the results of cervical cancer screening among married women of25~64 years old in Shihezi City from 2021 to 2023,and to explore the risk factors of cervical lesions.[Methods] The results of cervical cancer screening among married women aged 25 ~64years old in Shihezi City from 2021 to 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The detection rates of common gynecological diseases,cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and human papillomavirus(HPV) infection by cervical cytology,colposcopy and cervical biopsy were analyzed.[Results] The HPV infection(mainly single infection) rate was 10.74%.The common gynecological diseases were vaginitis,cervicitis and uterine leiomyoma.The detection rate of cervical cancer was 19.59/105,and the detection rate of cervical precancerous lesions was 308.52/105.Rural residents,HPV 16/18 infection,genital warts were the risk factors for cervical lesions.[Conclusion]Female cervical lesions are significantly correlated with HPV 16/18 infection,genital condyloma acuminatum,particularly for rural residents,and preventive care,early screening and intervention should be strengthened for these populations.
