“师承+院校”人才培养模式初探

摘　　要：中医药事业传承发展和守正创新的关键是中医药人才的培养,师承教育历来是中医药人才培养的一种独具特色的传统教育模式。当前,高等中医药院校开设有各类师承教育改革试点班,培养模式大多是在不改变现有院校教育模式的前提下,辅以师承教育。“院校+师承”人才培养模式在中医人才培养进程中发挥了重要作用。随着时代的变迁和创新,院校教育和师承教育如何结合才能更好地培养出优秀的中医药人才,需要通过实践比较以探求最佳结合方式。浙江中医药大学创新中医药人才培养新模式,从留小忠师承实验班入手,尝试以师承教育为主、院校教育为辅,借助院校教育平台,充分发挥师承教育的优势和特色,通过对留小忠师承实验班的运行模式、培养特色等进行初步探讨和实践,以期为建立健全中医师承人才培养模式提供新的思路。The key to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the integrity and innovation of Chinese medicine is the TCM talents.Apprenticeship education has always been a unique traditional education model for the training of TCM talents.At present,Chinese medicine colleges and universities have set up various kinds of pilot classes for the reform of Master-apprentice education.Most of the training modes are supplemented by Master-apprentice education without changing the existing educational mode.The training mode of“apprenticeship-and university-based”has played an important role in the process of TCM talent training.With the change and development of the times,how to combine college education and Master-apprentice education to better train outstanding TCM talents needs to explore the best combination way through practice comparison.Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University innovates a new mode of TCM talent training,tries to take Master-apprentice education as the main line,supplemented by college education,and gives full play to the advantages and characteristics of Master-apprentice education with the help of the college education platform,give full play to the strengths and characteristics of apprenticeship education so as to cultivate outstanding TCM talents.Starting from the experimental class of Liuxiaozhong apprenticeship in Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University,this paper discusses and practices the operation mode and training characteristics of Liuxiaozhong apprenticeship in order to provide new ideas for establishing and improving the training mode of apprenticeship-based TCM talent.
