摘　　要：目的厘清中医内科学课程思政获得感内涵,编制适用于中医内科学课程思政的获得感量表。方法遵循量表制表原则与流程,构建理论模型;形成并筛选条目池以形成正式调查量表;进行正式调查,其中有效问卷252份,对所得数据进行包括离散趋势法、频数分析法、因子分析法、相关系数法在内的统计学分析,最终通过筛选得到终量表。并对量表的可行性、效度及信度进行评估。结果研制了用于中医内科学课程思政的获得感量表,量表最终筛选得到22个条目。对量表可行性进行评估,其量表接受度高,具有可行性。量表的分半信度尚可,内在一致性较好。其内容效度、结构效度符合最初设计目的。结论严格按照量表制表规范流程所研制的用于中医内科学课程思政的获得感量表,结合学科特色,能很好地评估学生对于中医内科学课程思政教育的获得感。Objective To clarify the connotation of gaining sense of ideological and political education in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,a gaining sense scale suitable for ideological and political education in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine was developed on the basis of in-depth analysis of previous literature.Methods According to the principle and process of scale tabulation,we built a theoretical model and form an item pool to form a formal survey scale.A formal survey was conducted,including 252 valid questionnaires.The data were statistically analyzed including discrete trend method,frequency analysis method,factor analysis method and correlation coefficient method,and finally the final scale was obtained through screening.An assessment was conducted on the scale's feasibility,validity,and reliability.Results A scale of gaining sense for the ideological and political course of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine was developed,and 22 items were finally screened out.The feasibility of the scale was assessed,and it had a high level of acceptance and was feasible.The split-half reliability of the scale was satisfactory,and its internal consistency was good.Its content validity and structural validity meet the initial design purpose.Conclusion According to the standardized process of scale tabulation,the scale of gain for ideological and political education of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine is developed,which can well evaluate students'gain for ideological and political education of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
