系统论视角下基于职业胜任力“五力”模型的医学毕业生高质量就业工作路径探索——以北京中医药大学为例

摘　　要：医学类高校毕业生是建设健康中国的重要力量,是国家宝贵的人才资源。面对医学就业市场结构性矛盾、毕业生高学历与低职业胜任力矛盾、就业与行业区域性矛盾等复杂的就业形势,从系统论视角切入,提出围绕学生的专业力、创新力、实践力、就业力和社会力构建职业胜任力模型,并以此“五力”为据,开展医学高校就业工作路径探索,促进人才培养与社会需求相适应,这有助于解决当前医学类高校毕业生高质量就业面临的困境。Medical college graduates are important forces for building the Education Powerhouse and Healthy China,and are valuable human resources for the country.In the face of complex employment situations such as structural contradictions in the medical employment market,contradictions between graduates with high education and low vocational competency,and regional contradictions between employment and industry,this paper,starting from the perspective of the System Theory,proposes to build a vocational competency model centering on students'professional competence,innovation competence,practical competence,employability and social competence,and takes the“five competencies”as the basis.To explore the employment path of medical colleges and universities,and promote personnel training to adapt to social needs,is helpful to cope with the current dilemma of high-quality employment.
