摘  要:随着“双碳”目标的提出,我国能源结构转型加速,推动了高比例新能源的接入。然而,新能源的间歇性和波动性,给电网的稳定性和安全性带来了更高的要求。基于新能源的发展潜力,结合源网荷储灵活性资源的电碳耦合特性,构建了源网荷储灵活性资源配置优化模型和运行优化模型。首先,分析了2025—2050年间不同规划期内各类灵活性资源的发展规模;其次结合时序生产模拟方法,对各规划期资源的调度进行优化。研究结果为灵活性资源的配置与电网运行优化提供了理论依据,为电力系统的绿色低碳转型提供了科学支持。With the proposal of the"dual-carbon"goal,the transformation of China's energy structure has accelerated,promoting the access of a high proportion of new energy sources.However,the intermittent and fluctuating nature of new energy brings higher requirements for the stability and security of the power grid.In this paper,based on the development potential of new energy,combined with the electric-carbon coupling characteristics ofsource-grid-load-storage flexibility resources,we construct a source-grid-load-storage flexibility resource allocation optimisation model and an operation optimisation model.Firstly,the development scale of each type of flexibility resources in different planning periods between 2025 and 2050 is analysed;secondly,the scheduling of resources in each planning period is optimised by combining the time series production simulation method.The results of the study provide a theoretical basis for the allocation of flexibility resources and the optimisation of grid operation,and provide scientific support for the green and low-carbon transformation of the power system.
