摘　　要：通过剖析《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》提出的目标和任务,总结出档案文化传播应具备共享性、体验性和创新性的价值取向,将资源数据化、服务场景化和文化活态化作为发展向度,进而在实践策略层面上提出加强资源建设与管理、创新传播内容与形式、落实技术保障与支撑以及完善政策与标准体系等一系列具体可行的措施,以期推动档案文化在新时代的广泛传播。By analyzing the goals and tasks proposed in the'Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digitalization Strategy',this article summarizes the value orientation of shared,experiential,and innovative aspects of archival culture dissemination.It takes resource datafication,service scenarioization,and cultural vitalization as development dimensions,and proposes a series of specific and feasible measures at the practical strategy level to strengthen resource construction and management,innovate communication content and forms,implement technical support and protection,and improve policy and standard systems,in order to promote the widespread dissemination and profound influence of archival cul ture in the new era.
