摘 要:文章基于供需适配性理论构建了由相关性、可及性、质量性、相适性四个维度组成的红色档案育人服务供需适配性分析框架,并通过问卷调查与实践分析阐述了实践中存在的几种偏差:管理目标与成长需求的错位、“均等化”服务与多元差异化需求不适、“零碎化”供给与集成化需求不符、有限性供给与开放共享异步。据此,提出红色档案育人服务要坚持需求导向,在供给逻辑上精准识别和匹配需求,谋求开放共享,深化数智开发;在需求策略上强化通识教育和方向性引导;供需两侧双向发力,不断推动红色档案育人服务达到适配均衡的理想状态。According to the theory of supply and demand adaptation,this paper puts forward four dimensions:correlation,accessibility,quality and fit.Through the questionnaire and survey,the article expounds several deviation:the dislocation between the management target and growth demand,the mismatching between'Equal'service and differentiation demand,'piecemeal'supply and integrated demand,limited supply and open sharing.Accordingly,it is proposed that the red file education service should adhere to demand orientation,accurately identify and match demand in supply logic,seek open sharing and deepen digital intelligence development;Strengthen general education and directional guidance in demand strategy;And make both sides of supply and demand to continuously promote the red file education service to achieve the ideal sta te of matching balance.
