摘　　要：随着创伤性事件的增多,创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)发病率逐年升高,严重危害患者身心健康,临床多采用暴露疗法,但症状易复发。中医运用“养精填髓,培元通神”的针刺疗法治疗PTSD效果显著,提示恐惧回路及相关神经递质的分泌与髓、精和神等中医概念物质的功能相吻合。故从PTSD的恐惧中枢及其神经递质传导切入,探讨“精亏神伤”之病机本质,以期为临床治疗PTSD提供科学有效的新思路,指导针刺应用。With the increasing prevalence of traumatic events,the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) has been rising annually,posing a severe threat to physical and mental health.While exposure therapy is commonly used in clinical practice,symptoms often relapse.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) employs acupuncture based on the principles of ‘nourishing essence,replenishing marrow,and restoring original Qi to harmonize Shen',achieving remarkable therapeutic effects for PTSD.This suggests that the fear circuitry and related neurotransmitter secretion align with the functional concepts of essence,marrow,and Shen in TCM.By focusing on the fear center and its associated neurotransmitter pathways in PTSD,this study aims to explore the pathophysiological nature of ‘essence deficiency and Shen impairment',providing innovative and effective approaches for clinical treatment and guiding the application of acupuncture.
