摘  要:随着影像学的成熟进步,影像学相关技术作为疗效评估手段不断用于针灸治疗疾病的研究过程中,其优势在于能够清晰展示针灸刺激机体时中枢改变的具体形态。择时针灸作为传统时间医学疗法治疗慢性疲劳综合征具有良好的疗效,但其作用机制有待进一步运用影像学手段进行探析。且多种影像学结果需要创新性的机器学习模型进行多模态的数据整合。因而本研究分析择时针刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征的优势,提出择时针刺与影像学相联系的假设,利用多种影像学手段探析慢性疲劳综合征患者中枢生物学的具体改变,并强调多模态数据整合的必要性,为后期相关研究提供有益思路。With the advancement of imaging technologies,these methods have been increasingly utilized as tools for evaluating the efficacy of acupuncture in disease treatment,offering advantages of clearly demonstrating the specific central changes induced by acupuncture stimulation.Chrono-acupuncture,a traditional time-based medical approach,has shown promising efficacy in treating chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).However,its underlying mechanism requires further investigation using imaging techniques.Additionally,innovative machine learning models are necessary to integrate multi-modal imaging data effectively.This study analyzes the advantages of chrono-acupuncture in treating CFS and proposes a hypothesis linking chrono-acupuncture with imaging studies.By employing various imaging techniques,the study aims to explore the specific central biological changes in CFS patients.It also emphasizes the importance of multi-modal data integration to provide valuable insights for future research.
