新自由主义的教学歧途

摘  要:新自由主义把教学看作一种可精确测控的经济行为,通过教学的市场化来促成人的知识、经验的自由交换。新自由主义教学研究试图构建一套概念体系来完善市场化的教学理论表达。教学歧途主要表现为:教学过程竞速化、教学结果效能化、教学评价数据化、教学选择自由化。教学歧途直接导致了服务型教学观念的流行、教学要素的市场化配置,以及课堂沦为知识市场的后勤空间等后果。教学歧途的根源在于人的假设,即把人视作无差别的市场个体,通过经济学意义上的人口理论把个体的生命意义框定在资本关系范畴内。事与愿违,新自由主义所倡导的市场逻辑不但未能实现教学平等,反而造成了教学自由实践的偏差。只有弘扬马克思主义自由观对教学理论与实践创新的方法论立场,才能纠偏新自由主义的教学歧途。Neoliberalism regards teaching as an economic behavior that can be accurately measured and controlled,and promotes the free exchange of knowledge and experience through the marketization of teaching.The researches of neoliberal teaching aim to perfect the theoretical expression of teaching marketization by constructing a set of related concept systems.The misguide of teaching mainly shows as follows:racing of teaching process,efficiency of teaching result,datamation of teaching evaluation,liberalization of teaching choice.Teaching misguides directly lead to the popularity of service-oriented teaching concept,the marketization configuration of teaching elements,and the classroom as the logistics space of knowledge market.The root of misguided teaching lies in the assumption that human beings are regarded as undifferentiated market individuals and that the meaning of individual life is framed in the category of capital relations through population theory in the economic sense.Contrary to these wishes,the market logic advocated by neoliberalism not only failed to realize teaching equality,but also caused the deviation of teaching freedom practice.Only by carrying forward the methodological stand of Marxist freedom view on teaching theory writing and practice innovation can we correct the teaching misguides of neoliberalism.
