摘 要:胶质瘤是一种源自神经胶质细胞的肿瘤,其恶性程度较高,目前整体治疗效果不理想,亟需探索新的治疗策略。孟德尔随机化是一种基于遗传变异的研究方法,能够揭示暴露因素与疾病结局之间的因果关系。近年来,胶质瘤领域已开展了多项孟德尔随机化研究。全文综述孟德尔随机化在胶质瘤研究中的应用进展,重点讨论了生活方式、心理健康疾病、退行性疾病、肠道菌群、代谢物及药物等因素与胶质瘤之间的关联。通过总结相关研究,旨在为胶质瘤的预防、机制研究、早期诊断及靶向药物开发提供新的科学依据和研究方向。Glioma(GM) is a tumor originating from glial cells with high malignancy,its overall outcomes remain unsatisfactory.Mendelian randomization is a research method based on genetic variations that enables the identification of causal relationships between exposure factors and disease outcomes.In recent years,numerous Mendelian randomization studies have been conducted in the field of GM.This paper summarizes the progress on the application of Mendelian randomization in GM research,focusing on the associations between pathogenesis of GM and various factors,including lifestyle,mental disorders,neurodegenerative diseases,gut microbiota,metabolites,and drugs,to provide reference for the prevention,early diagnosis and targeted therapy of glioma.
