摘 要:常规的造纸机电机同步控制,主要采用电机两端负荷状态实现控制过程,忽略了电机定子误差速度对控制结果造成的影响,导致控制结果全局速度同步曲线收敛速度较慢。因此,提出基于自适应PID控制器的造纸机电机同步控制技术,解析造纸机电机的三相电流矢量参数,基于此构造自适应PID控制器,通过加权平均处理分析电机定子的参考速度,并由此计算出电机的误差速度因子,在此基础上总结控制律,实现造纸机电机的同步控制。实验结果表明,所提技术应用后得出的造纸机电机控制结果,表现出的全局速度同步曲线收敛速度较快,同步控制效果较优,满足了造纸机工业应用的实际需求。The conventional synchronous control of paper machine motor mainly adopts the load state at both ends of the motor to realize the control process,ignoring the influence of the error speed of the motor stator on the control result,which leads to the slow convergence speed of the global speed synchronization curve of the control result.Therefore,this paper puts forward the synchronous control technology of paper machine motor based on adaptive PID controller.The three-phase current vector parameters of the paper machine motor are analyzed,based on which an adaptive PID controller is constructed.The reference speed of the motor stator is analyzed by weighted average processing,and the error speed factor of the motor is calculated.On this basis,the control law is summarized to realize the synchronous control of the paper machine motor.The experimental results show that the control results of paper machine motor obtained after the application of the proposed technology show that the global speed synchronization curve converges faster and the synchronization control effect is better,which meets the actual needs of paper machine industrial application.
