摘 要:为保障造纸领域纸张图像传输的安全性,以ZYNQ作为开发平台,构建一个纸张图像传输加密的缺陷采集系统。首先,采用FPGA对纸张图像进行采集;然后将DNA编码运算和混沌系统相结合,通过其实现纸张图像分块加密;最后利用加密算法的逆运算对纸张图像进行解密处理,为系统提供有效的缺陷采集图像。结果表明,采用本算法可实现明文图像加密和解密处理,抗剪切攻击能力较强。进行明文图像解密后,PSNR指标和解密时长分别为38.73dB和3.05ms,均优于单一的DNA编码算法和混沌系统。由此说明,本算法的解密效果和抗剪切攻击能力较强。系统应用中,系统硬件和软件图像处理帧频分别为16.56帧/秒和4.73帧/秒,图像处理速度较快,通过本系统可实现对造纸领域纸张图像缺陷的采集,具备有效性。To ensure the security of paper image transmission in the papermaking field,a defect acquisition system for paper image transmission encryption is constructed using ZYNQ as the development platform.Firstly,FPGA is used to collect paper images;Then combine DNA encoding operations with chaotic systems to achieve block based encryption of paper images;Finally,the inverse operation of the encryption algorithm is used to decrypt the paper image,providing effective defect acquisition images for the system.The results show that this algorithm can achieve plaintext image encryption and decryption processing,and has strong resistance to shear attacks.After decrypting plaintext images,the PSNR index and decryption time were 38.73dB and 3.05ms,respectively,which were better than single DNA encoding algorithms and chaotic systems.This indicates that the decryption effect and anti shear attack capability of this algorithm are strong.In the system application,the frame rates of hardware and software image processing are 16.56 frames per second and 4.73 frames per second,respectively.The image processing speed is fast,and this system can effectively capture paper image defects in the papermaking field.
