摘  要:文章旨在研究杜仲提取物(Eucommia Ulmoides Extract,EUE)对蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化能力及肠道微生物的影响。试验将320只产蛋高峰期(30周龄左右)产蛋率相近的海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只。所有蛋鸡根据GB/T 5916-2020配制基础日粮,且各组添加0 mg/kg(CON组)、300 mg/kg(300EUE组)、600 mg/kg(600EUE组)、900 mg/kg(900EUE组)的杜仲提取物。预试期1周,正试期7周。结果表明,与CON组相比,(1)300EUE组、600EUE组、900EUE组产蛋率显著提高4.29%(P<0.05)、7.14%(P<0.05)、5.71%(P<0.05),且料蛋比显著降低4.18%(P<0.05)、6.28%(P<0.05)、5.44%(P<0.05)。(2)300EUE组、600EUE组、900EUE组T-AOC显著提高(P<0.05),且MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。900EUE组SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05)。(3)300EUE组、600EUE组、900EUE组十二指肠沙门氏菌、回肠大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05)。600EUE组、900EUE组十二指肠大肠杆菌、空肠大肠杆菌数量极显著降低(P<0.01)。综上所述,杜仲提取物能提高海兰褐壳蛋鸡的生产性能、抗氧化能力,优化肠道微生物结构,且以添加600 mg/kg为宜。This study aimed to investigate the effects of Eucommia ulmoides extract(EUE)on the production performance,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal microbiota of laying hens.Select 320 Hy-Line Brown laying hens with similar egg production rates during the peak egg laying period(around 30 weeks old),were randomly divided into 4 groups,each consisting of 4 replicates with 20 hens in each replicate.All the laying hens were provided with a basal diet formulated in accordance with GB/T 5916-2020,and EUE was added to each group at concentrations of 0 mg/kg(CON group),300 mg/kg(300EUE group),600 mg/kg(600EUE group),and 900 mg/kg(900EUE group).A 1-week pre-trial period was followed by a 7-week formal trial period.Result:Compared with the CON group,(1)The egg production rates in the 300EUE,600EUE,and 900EUE groups were significantly increased by 4.29%(P<0.05),7.14%(P<0.05),and 5.71%(P<0.05),respectively,while the feed-toegg ratio was significantly reduced by 4.18%(P<0.05),6.28%(P<0.05),and 5.44%(P<0.05),respectively.(2)The T-AOC levels in the 300EUE,600EUE,and 900EUE groups were significantly elevated(P<0.05),and the MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The SOD activity in the 900EUE group was significantly enhanced(P<0.05).(3)The numbers of Salmonella in the duodenum and Escherichia coli in the ileum in the 300EUE,600EUE,and 900EUE groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The numbers of Escherichia coli in the duodenum and jejunum in the 600EUE and 900EUE groups were extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01).In summary,Eucommia ulmoides extract can enhance the production performance and antioxidant capacity of Hy-Line Brown laying hens,optimize the structure of intestinal microbiota,and an addition of 600 mg/kg was appropriate.
