饲料中添加蚕豆水提物对草鱼生长性能、肌肉品质及血清抗氧化能力的影响

摘  要:文章旨在研究蚕豆水提物(FBWE)对草鱼生长性能、肌肉品质及血清抗氧化能力的影响,试验以平均体重为(1230±76.24)g的草鱼为研究对象,分为5个处理,每处理3个重复,每重复30尾,共450尾。CK饲喂基础饲料,试验组FBWE1、FBWE2、FBWE3和FBWE4分别在基础日粮中添加10%、20%、30%和40%的FBWE,预饲期7 d,正试期100 d。结果表明:与CK相比,FBWE1组的末重、增重率、肝体比和饲料系数无显著变化(P>0.05),FBWE2、FBWE3和FBWE4组的末重、增重率和肝体比显著降低(P<0.05),饲料系数显著升高(P<0.05),其中FBWE2和FBWE3组的生长性能处于同一水平(P>0.05),且显著优于FBWE4组(P<0.05)。随着FBWE添加水平的增加,各组肌肉的水分、粗脂肪和蒸失水率呈现先降低后增加的趋势,粗蛋白质、胶原蛋白和剪切力呈现先增加后降低的趋势,FBWE1和FBWE4组同CK处于同一水平(P>0.05),FBWE3组的变化幅度显著优于其余各组(P<0.05)。与CK相比,随着FBWE添加水平的增加,各组血清的活性氧(ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力持续降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量持续升高。FBWE1组的抗氧化能力与CK处于同一水平(P>0.05),FBWE2和FBWE3组的抗氧化能力处于同一水平(P>0.05)且显著低于CK(P<0.05),FBWE4组的抗氧化能力显著低于FBWE3(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本研究条件下,综合考虑生长性能、肉质和抗氧化活性,草鱼饲料中FBWE的适宜添加量为30%。The article aims to investigate the effects of fava bean water extract(FBWE)on the growth performance,muscle quality,and serum antioxidant capacity of grass carp.Five treatments were set up.CK was fed with basic feed,and FBWE1,FBWE2,FBWE3,and FBWE4 were added with 10%,20%,30%,and 40%FBWE to the basic feed,respectively.The pre-feeding period was 7 days,and the formal experimental period was 100 days.The result showed that compared with CK,the final weight,weight gain rate,and liver to body ratio in the FBWE2,FBWE3,and FBWE4 were significantly reduced,while the feed coefficient was significantly increased(P<0.05).These factors in the FBWE2 and FBWE3 were at the same level(P>0.05).With the increase of FBWE,the moisture,crude fat,and water loss rate of muscles showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.With the increase of FBWE,the activities of ROS,SOD,GSH-Px,and CAT continued to decrease,while the content of MDA continued to increase.The antioxidant capacity of FBWE1 was at the same level as CK(P>0.05),while FBWE2 and FBWE3 was at the same level(P>0.05)and significantly lower than CK(P<0.05).In summary,the appropriate addition of FBWE in grass carp feed was 30%in this study.
