摘 要:目的评估MRI动脉自旋标记和经颅多普勒超声测量静息脑血流动力学价值。方法35名健康志愿者(青年组20人,老年组15人)完成两次实验(TCD/MRI)。评估了成像方式内和成像方式之间的老化和健康影响。结果与年轻受试者相比,老年受试者大脑中动脉血流速度(MCAV,TCD)降低,通过时间(MRI)减慢(P<0.05)。年轻组的灰质脑血流灌注(MRI)高于老年组,但差异不显著(P=0.13)。年轻组的运动效果与老年组相反。整个队列通过时间与MCAV相关(r=TCD0.63;P<0.05),而组织灌注量与−测量无关。结论TCD和MRI提供了互补的静息CBF测量,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the value of MRI arterial spin labeling and transcranial Doppler ultrasound in measuring resting cerebral hemodynamics.Methods 35 healthy volunteers(20 in the youth group and 15 in the elderly group)completed two experiments(TCD/MRI).Evaluated the aging and health impacts within and between imaging methods.Results Compared with young participants,the middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity(MCAV,TCD)of elderly participants decreased and slowed down over time(MRI)(P<0.05).The gray matter cerebral blood flow perfusion(MRI)of the young group was higher than that of the elderly group,but the difference was not significant(p=0.13).The exercise effect of the young group is opposite to that of the elderly group.The entire queue was correlated with MCAV over time(r=TCD0.63;P<0.05),while tissue perfusion was not related to measurement.Conclusion TCD and MRI provide complementary resting CBF measurements and are worth promoting.
