摘 要:目的分析宝鸡市地质灾害韧性整体水平、空间分布特征及障碍因子,为地质灾害风险管理提供一定参考。方法选取经济、社会、基础设施和灾害管理4个维度构建指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法、障碍度模型定量分析宝鸡市县域单元地质灾害韧性水平及其障碍因子。结果与结论宝鸡市地质灾害综合韧性呈现出城区高、县区低的特点,其中渭滨区、金台区和陈仓区韧性水平最高。宝鸡市地质灾害社会韧性与综合韧性的空间分布特征较为相似,高韧性区分布在渭滨区、金台区和陈仓区,经济韧性、基础设施韧性和灾害管理韧性都呈现出分散性分布特点。基础设施韧性是影响宝鸡市各区县地质灾害韧性的主要准则层因子;人均GDP、人口老幼比、千人卫生技术员等分别对经济韧性、社会韧性和灾害管理韧性存在显著的影响。Purposes—To analyze the overall level,spatial distribution characteristics,and obstacle factors of geological hazard resilience in Baoji City,and provide some references for geological hazard risk management.Methods—Four dimensions of economy,society,infrastructure and disaster management were selected to construct an indicator system,entropy-weighted TOPSIS method and obstacle degree model were applied to quantitatively analyze the resilience level and obstacle factors of geological hazards in county-level units of Baoji City.Results and Conclusions—The comprehensive resilience of geological hazards in Baoji City shows the characteristics of high resilience in urban district and low resilience in counties,with Weibin District,Jintai District,and Chencang District having the highest resilience levels.The spatial distribution characteristics of social resilience in Baoji City is closely aligns with the comprehensive resilience of its geological hazards.High resilience areas are distributed in Weibin District,Jintai District and Chencang District,while economic resilience,infrastructure resilience and disaster management resilience all show dispersed distribution characteristics.Infrastructure resilience is the main criterion-layer factor affecting the geological hazard resilience of various districts and counties in Baoji City.Specific indicators including per capita GDP(economic resilience),old-age and youth dependency ratio(social resilience),and health technicians per thousand people(disaster management resilience)significantly influence respective dimensions.
