摘　　要：如何有效利用数字技术来提升创新绩效已成为数智时代企业面临的重要问题。基于资源基础观和组织忘却学习理论,通过对468家制造企业的大样本调查数据实证分析了数字技术可供性对企业数字创新绩效的影响机理,以及双元创新能力的中介作用与组织忘却学习的调节效应。结果表明:数字技术可供性(积累可供性、变异可供性)对企业数字创新绩效有正向影响;利用式创新能力在数字技术可供性与数字创新绩效之间具有中介作用,而探索式创新能力仅在变异可供性和数字创新绩效之间起中介作用;组织忘却学习正向调节了数字技术可供性和利用式创新能力之间的关系。How to fully utilize digital technology to enhance innovation capabilities and innovation performance has become an important issue faced by enterprises in the digital intelligence era.At present,the study on the impact of digital technology affordance(DTA)on digital innovation is still in the exploratory stage.Based on the resource-based view and organizational unlearning theory,this study explores the impact mechanism of DTA on digital innovation performance(DIP)of enterprise,the mediating role of dual innovation capabilities(DIC),and the moderating effect of organizational unlearning(OU).According to the characteristics of digital technology,DTA is divided into cumulative affordance(CA)and variant affordance(VA).Technology affordance reflects the subject's interaction with the technical object and the possibility of the usefulness of technology.Through empirical testing of large sample survey data from 468 manufacturing enterprises,the results show that DTA(both CA&VA)has a positive impact on DIP of enterprises;exploitative innovation capability plays a mediating role between DTA and DIP,while explorative innovation capability only plays a mediating role between the VA and DIP;OU can positively moderate the relationship between DTA and EIC.These research conclusions not only reveal the process mechanism and boundary conditions of DTA effect DIP,but also have important theoretical implication and practical significance for enterprises for using digital technology to enhance DIC and DIP.There are three main contributions in this paper.First of all,this study deepens the research on the impact mechanism of DTA on the DIP in enterprises.DTA offers a wide range of possibilities for digital innovation in enterprises and has a positive impact on innovation.However,the specific processes underlying this impact remain unexplored.Therefore,it is an urgent issue for manufacturing enterprises to overcome the"digital technology paradox"and effectively leverage DTA to enhance digital innovation.Based on the resource-based v
