未来产业竞争视阈下的企业创新范式转型

摘　　要：未来产业的创新发展是迈向高水平科技自立自强与构建现代化产业体系的重要产业支撑,目前对未来产业的界定与发展模式的研究较为模糊,特别是微观创新主体层面支撑未来产业竞争与发展的创新范式与创新体系建设缺乏系统研究。在综合界定未来产业内涵特征的基础上,未来产业需要从产业类型、产业演化、产业创新、产业技术类别四个视角综合刻画未来产业的概念内涵,在每个独立的概念视角下,未来产业需要具有赋能传统产业发展、潜在的高成长性、全方位的创新性、高技术门槛与技术壁垒性四个典型特征。进而着重从创新范式的视角研究了匹配不同类型的未来产业竞争的微观企业创新范式,依据未来产业的技术和产业特征,将其分为基础研究孵化型、技术驱动型、市场拉动型、生态圈包络型四种产业,并根据四种产业的典型特征为其匹配了主导的创新范式,分别是以前沿科学为基础的企业使命型创新范式主导、以关键核心技术为基础的企业突破性技术创新范式主导、以商业模式为基础的企业商业模式创新范式主导和以大中小企业融通为基础的企业融通创新范式。进一步,在企业创新层面加快形成未来产业竞争优势需要在企业创新投入层面、企业创新战略层面、企业商业模式层面、企业创新生态层面精准发力。The innovative development of future industries is an important industrial support for moving towards a high level of scientific and technological self-reliance and building a modernized industrial system.In order to grasp the direction of scientific and technological progress at the forefront of the times and enhance the competitiveness of the modernized industrial system,a series of far-sighted plans and layouts have been carried out from the central government to the local governments for the future industries.However,in the process of promoting the innovation and development of future industries,a series of domestic and foreign factors have hindered the layout and innovation of future technologies and industries.At the same time,the current research on future industries mainly focuses on the top-level design level and how to promote the better development of future industries at the macro level,and has not yet paid attention to the impact on future industries at the micro level,especially the lack of innovation paradigm of enterprises as the main body of innovation to support the innovation evolution of future industries and the research on the path of sustainable development.Based on the development status and research gaps of future industries mentioned above,the article systematically analyzes the conceptual connotation and core features of future industries under multiple theoretical perspectives,and considers that accurate definition of future industries needs to start from the perspectives of industry type,industry evolution,industry innovation,industry end category,etc.,and explores the specific features of future industries in combination with the concept of future industries under specific perspectives.The main performance is that,from the perspective of industry type,the future industry is different from traditional industries or strategic industries,and it is a cutting-edge emerging industry oriented to the frontiers of scientific and technological innovation,basic research and the main battlefield
