摘　　要：新时期学术期刊发展正经历着数智化带来的深刻变革。一方面,智能技术的应用极大地提升了编辑出版效率;另一方面,随着人工智能、大数据等技术在编辑流程中的深度渗透,编辑的核心价值遭遇挑战,如智能筛选、校对、评审等环节的自动化,在一定程度上削弱了编辑的学术判断与人文关怀。面对这种双重影响,学术期刊必须坚持以人为本原则,始终关注人的需求,充分发挥编辑和学者的主体性与创造性;积极探索人机协作的新模式,以在技术效率与人文关怀之间找到平衡点,确保技术能够更好地服务于学术生态的健康发展。基于此,通过构建智能编辑出版、知识共享服务和学术共同体交流三大平台,打造人机协作的数智化平台体系,将成为推动学术期刊数智化高质量发展的有效尝试和可行路径。The development of academic journals in the new era is undergoing profound changes brought about by digital intelligence. On the one hand, the application of intelligent technology has greatly improved the efficiency of editing and publishing. On the other hand, with the deep penetration of artificial intelligence, big data and other technologies in the editing process, the core value of editing has encountered challenges, such as the automation of intelligent screening, proofreading, review and other links, which has weakened the academic judgment and humanistic care of editing to a certain extent. In face of this dual impact, academic journals must adhere to the people-oriented principle, always pay attention to people's needs, stimulate the subjectivity and creativity of editors and scholars, and actively explore a new model of human-computer cooperation, so as to find a balance between technical efficiency and humanistic care, and ensure that technology can better serve the healthy development of academic ecology. Based on this, by constructing three platforms of intelligent editing and publishing, knowledge sharing service and academic community communication, a human-computer collaborative digital intelligence platform system will become an effective attempt and feasible path to promote the high-quality development of digital intelligence of academic journals.
