摘　　要：高校就业指导教师核心素养的模型构建问题函需深化探讨。以宏观问题导向的思辨方法为主要路径,聚焦高校就业指导教师的职业特性,深入分析目标群体职业发展与教学实践中的主要矛盾,提出了高校就业指导教师核心素养的SEED模型。该模型从学识性、创造性、道德性和发展性四个维度出发,阐释了高校就业指导教师核心素养的十个关键指标。基于这一模型,进一步提出了高校就业指导教师核心素养的四维一体培育路径,以普遍性问题为起点,强调思维先行的理念,旨在实现核心素养的全面提升。The issue of constructing a model for the core competencies of university career counselors urgently requires in-depth discussion.This study,utilizing a macro-problem-oriented speculative approach,focuses on the professional characteristics of university career counselors.It conducts a thorough analysis of the primary contradictions in career development and teaching practice,and proposes the SEED model of core competencies.This model elucidates ten core competencies of university career counselors from four dimensions:Scholarship,Education,Ethics,and Development.Based on the SEED model,four development pathways for the core competencies of university career counselors are proposed.
