摘  要:招生、就业、培养是高等教育教学三个关键环节。文章对招生、就业与培养联动的现实意义、面临的主要问题和国内研究现状作了分析,构建了基于招生、就业与培养联动的招生计划量化考核模型,并以W高校为例进行了实证研究。Previous research has shown that employment personality is an important part of the overall employability.It carries core functions in the development and growth of employability.The critical growth period of the employment personality of China college students is during their college studies,mainly completed in the school's human relations atmosphere.This atmosphere is mainly reflected in two dimensions:teacher-student relationship and studentstudent relationship.It can be said that these two important interpersonal relationship dimensions determine the basic trend of college students'employment personality.This basic situation will inevitably be influenced to the greatest extent by the current teaching evaluation system.
