家庭社会经济地位与大学生工作价值取向的关系:教养方式的调节作用

摘  要:为探讨家庭社会经济地位与大学生工作价值取向的关系,以及父母教养方式在这一关系中的调节作用,本研究采用问卷调查法对563名大学生进行调查。研究结果表明:①客观家庭社会经济地位与大学生工作价值取向相关性不显著,而主观家庭社会经济地位与大学生职业、召唤取向呈显著正相关。②专制型教养方式调节客观家庭社会经济地位与大学生谋生取向的关系:父母专制水平越低,客观家庭社会经济地位与谋生取向的负向关系越强。③专制型教养方式调节主观家庭社会经济地位与大学生职业取向的关系:父母专制水平越低,主观家庭社会经济地位与职业取向的正向关系越强。高校可根据大学生的工作价值取向及其形成因素,实施针对性就业教育活动。In order to explore the relationship between family socio-economic status and work value orientation(job,career,and calling orientation)of college students,and the regulatory role of parental rearing style in this relationship,563 college students were investigated by questionnaire.The results show that significant positive correlations between subjective family socioeconomic status and college students'career and calling orientation,whereas no significant associations between objective socioeconomic status and the three work value orientations were found.Also,we found that authoritarian parenting style moderated the relationship between objective family socioeconomic status and college students'job orientation:the lower the parental authoritarianism,the stronger the negative relationship between objective family socioeconomic status and job orientation.Last,autocratic parenting style also moderated the relationship between subjective family socioeconomic status and career orientation:the lower the authoritarian parenting style,the stronger the positive relationship between subjective family socioeconomic status and career orientation.
